    Hi Jonathan,
Just found out from your Mum about your marathon charity bike ride. Great effort and good luck for the rest of the trip especially through the Sudan. You seem to have quite a suntan.
Best wishes from Chris & Rose from Australia and previously Tacloban City, Philippines (remember?)

    Hello Jon

As keen cyclists and travellers (though not on your scale!), we were so amazed to hear your story this week (during the interval at open-air Shakespeare), that we searched the net to find out more and have been fascinated by your blog and incredible pictures.
It made my overland trip on a double-decker seem very lightweight!
    Look forward to reading more.

    Thanks again.

    • Hello, so very glad to share it with you. Comments like this make it all the more enjoyable to put the site together. Just been sorting the last of the photos.
Very much enjoying being back in Worthing and evenings like the one we shared reminds me how lucky I am… Jon

What’s that cliche about “The more you travel, the more you appreciate home”? There’s definitely some truth to it living here on the South Coast. Look forward to seeing the last of the photos and to feeling inspired to hit the road. Our chat was a real wake-up call!
